Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and include taxes.

* To claim resident rate, please forward a copy of your proof of status, such as an active student ID, to conferences@uhn.ca

Registration includes continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches and conference material. Please note, if you have indicated that you have a requirement (dietary/accessibility etc.) we will do our best to accommodate this request; however, an additional fee may be applied to the individual if required. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation is requested 30 days prior to the beginning of the course, 50% of the registration fees will be refunded. Requests must be received in writing to conferences@uhn.ca. Registrations are not transferable.
