Descriptions of presentation types
- Technical presentations: Theatre style in a meeting room for 20 minutes in length with 5 minutes for Q & A.
- Workshops: Abstracts will be reviewed for in-depth workshops of 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2.5 hours in length. Presentations will be in theatre style in a meeting room.
- Ignite/Lighting Presentations: 10 or 15 minute session intended to spark ideas, innovation and conversation and provide bite-sized learning opportunities, usually based on a new initiative or challenges.
- PechaKucha Presentations - Presenters will share 20 slides for 20 seconds each, in a 9 minute session inclusive of a question period. This format works best for story-telling type presentations that are visual in nature. http://www.pecha-kucha.org/
- Operator Training Hands On Presentation: Hands-on sessions including equipment that are 50 minutes in length with 5 minutes for Q & A and must include both theory and practical components to fulfill the CEU requirements.
- Operator Training Technical Presentation: Theatre style in a meeting room for 20 minutes in length with 5 minutes for Q & A with a focus for operators.

D.E. Systems' Event Registration System (ERS) is responsible for personal information under its control. Collection of personal information by ERS will be limited to what is necessary for the purposes of registration for the event.
When we use trusted third parties to act on our behalf by performing such functions as name badge production, processing credit card payments or providing customer service, contractual or other appropriate means are used to ensure compliance by such third parties with this Policy and all applicable privacy laws.
Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, to process the registration data to a given event.
We will keep your personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.
The Policy is subject to PIPEDA and/or any other applicable privacy laws and ERS right to change it at any time.
Customer Support
D.E.Systems' and ERS work closely with Event Planners and Management to provide delegates with registration options. ERS is a full-service registration provider, attendees can register before an event via the Internet.
