As the largest comprehensive cancer centre in Canada, the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre strives to exemplify and share the best thinking on the cutting edge topic of precision medicine. 

Personalizing Cancer Medicine in 2015 will be a two day scientific forum and continuing education event designed to faciliate discussion and debate among clinicians and scientists tackling the challenges of personalized medicine in order to promote knowledge exchange, stimulate new ways of thinking, foster novel collaborations, and move the promise of personalized medicine closer to the patient. 


Abstract Review Process

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Planning Committee. The Committee will evaluate appropriateness and completeness of the information as well as scientific merit. All submissions will be acknowledged and assigned an abstract number. All abstract rejections made by the Committee will be final. 

Notice of Status of Abstract 

You will be contacted by the end of November 2014, if your abstract submission has been accepted or not. All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters. 

 

Regulations and Procedures for Abstract Submission

  1. All abstract submissions must be made by the authors of the abstract.
  2. Authors may offer more than one abstract for submission.
  3. Presenting authors must be paid Conference registrants. Abstracts attributed to presenting authors not registered by January 16th 2015, will be considered withdrawn.
  4. Abstracts must be 300 words or less. Scientific characters are acceptable. Diagrams and graphs will not be accepted. To upload your abstract, please follow the instructions on the submission form.
  5. All abstracts are to be submitted online. Please refer to the information below.
  6. All abstracts that are approved will be presented as posters during the Conference poster session.
  7. The official language of the Conference is English. Translation services will not be provided.
