A needs assessment of community GTA Respirologists guided our selection of topics and speakers.
Conference Objectives are:
- The 2018 UofT Respirology Summer CME Evening will focus on asthma. The program will update the knowledge of physicians involved in the assessment, testing, and treatment of patients with severe asthma. Emphasis will be placed on audience participation.
- After the session on severe asthma, participants will be able to assess and treat patients with severe asthma using the most effective diagnostic strategies and recommended treatment regimens
- After the session on asthma research, participants will be aware of the most important clinical research in asthma over the past twelve months. Participants will be aware of potential new therapies for the treatment of asthma.
