Course Prerequisites
Applicants must be qualified Physical or Occupational Therapists, or Speech-Language Pathologists, with a minimum of one-year experience following graduation, and be presently working with adults with neurological impairments.

- Copy of Current License
- Proof of Current Malpractice Insurance
- Proof of NDTA membership if applicable, so you can qualify for the lower tuition rate

Application Status
Applicants will be contacted via e-mail with application status: accepted, declined or placed on waiting list. The e-mails will be sent out by August 31, 2018. Please reply to the email to confirm your participation. If you are not accepted, the paid registration fee will be fully reimbursed.
