Early Bird (end March 6, 2017) $235.00
Regular Rate (starts March 7, 2017) $275.00
Student Rate* $165.00

*A valid copy of your student ID must be sent via email to conferences@uhn.ca in order to have the rate honoured.

Registration opens Winter 2017

Registration closes Wednesday, April 5, 2017

Registration includes continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunch, conference material and a certificate of attendance (accessed electronically).

Please note, if you have indicated that you have a requirement (dietary/accessibility etc.) we will do our best to accommodate this request; however, an additional fee may be applied to the individual if required. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund, minus a $75.00 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via email on or before March 13, 2017. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference.
