Pre-Course Preparation

  • All participants wanting to complete the ACLS Full course, please bring your valid BLS Card to the course.
  • All participants wanting to complete the ACLS Recertification Course, please bring your valid BLS and ACLS Cards to the course.
  • All participants are expected to obtain and read the ACLS 2015 Provider Manual and understand the content.
  • All participants are to complete the pre-test and bring it to the course. Those that do not complete the pre-test will not be eligible to participate in the course. The link to the pre-test can be found in the 2015 ACLS Provider Manual.
  • The purpose of the class is for consolidation of ACLS knowledge and skills working through simulated scenarios and team interactions. A good understanding of arrhythmias and prompt recognition of the arrhythmias prior to taking the course is essential for successful completion of this course.
