Registration Rates

We are excited to partner for the first time with the Canadian Academy of Geriatric Psychiatry annual conference (http://cagp.ca/Annual-Scientific-Meeting-2017) that will take place immediately following the 9th CCD.

Full Conference Registration includes access to all breakfasts, breaks, lunches, opening reception and one ticket to the gala dinner. Additional gala dinner tickets are available for purchase during the registration process.

All funds will be processed in Canadian dollars.
HST (13%) will be applied to all transactions.

*Individuals using the Fellow/Student rate must be fellows/students at the time of the conference and must provide proof of status by sending a copy of their student ID or letter of standing to conferences@uhn.ca. If proof is not submitted prior to the conference date, the registration rate will be converted to the general rate and will show as owing a balance to be collected at the conference.

Full Conference Registration includes access to all breakfasts, breaks, lunches, opening reception and gala dinner.

Please note this year we will not be having a conference syllabus, but will be using a conference app that will include all speaker details, learning objectives, biographies and you will also be able to download the speaker presentations via the app.

Cheque payments must be received by Conference Services no later than October 5, 2017. All registration fee payments following this date must be made via credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

Cancellation Policy
A full refund, minus a $95.00 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via email (conferences@uhn.ca) on or before October 5, 2017. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference.

Letters of Invitation
We regret to inform that we do not issue letters of invitation to international delegates.  Upon registration and payment you will receive a confirmation email.  If you are an international delegate and wish to receive a refund upon withdrawal from the conference, please note that administrative fees will apply and no refunds will be issued after October 5th.  Therefore, we encourage you to finalize travel arrangements prior to registering.
