Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Course rescheduling can be done one time only and must be done at least two weeks prior to the course start date. Within two weeks of the course start date, course rescheduling can be done with a $75 administration fee, up to 4 days before the course start date. Courses cannot be rescheduled within 4 days of the course start date.

No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled to another course date.

Unexpected emergencies or illness will be reviewed on a case by case basis

Withdrawals from a course may take place up to 2 weeks prior to the course start date by contacting Conference Services at (416) 597-3422 ext. 3448. A $75.00 administration fee will apply.
