Registration Information

Registration Rates:

Early Bird Rate: $250.00 (Ends December 18th, 2015)
Regular Rate: $280.00 (Starts December 19th, 2015)
Student Rate: $165.00*

*A valid copy of your student ID must be sent via email to conferences@uhn.ca in order to have the rate honoured.

Registration includes continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, conference material and a certificate of attendance (accessed electronically).

Please note, if you have indicated that you have a requirement (dietary/accessibility etc.) we will do our best to accommodate this request; however, an additional fee may be applied to the individual if required. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

Registration closes at 5:00pm on Monday, January 25, 2016.

Payment Details

Payment by Visa, MasterCard or cheque must accompany the completed online registration form. Payment must be recieved on or before December 28, 2015.

Registration deadlines and fees are sujbect to change.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, minus a $95.00 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via email (conferences@uhn.ca) on or before December 28, 2015. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference.
