REGISTRATION


PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION READY TO GO BEFORE REGISTERING A TEAM FOR THE HOPE VOLLEYBALL WINTERFEST.

 

  1. Your team name. Unique team names are required. Please keep it clean, this is for charity.
  2. Payment Information:
    • Credit Card Information (MasterCard and VISA only). Only one team registration is allowed per submission.
    • Sponsors – sponsor code provided by the HOPE office

 

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITH REGISTRATION TO RESERVE A SPOT.

Additional Information:

  • A valid email address and home phone number must be supplied as verification of your submission will be sent electronically
  • Due to limited space, applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment received does not guarantee a spot in the tournament. Credit card payments will first receive confirmation of payment and then one from HOPE confirming your registration in the tournament. Please keep both these confirmations for your records.
  • To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be received prior to Monday, February 26th, 2018. Requests for refunds will be processed at that time, or sooner if possible. A $25 administration fee will be retained from all refund requests.
  • If you are placed on a waiting list, you will be notified should a spot become available in the tournament, and your payment information will be requested upon notification.
