PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION READY TO GO BEFORE REGISTERING A TEAM FOR THE HOPE VOLLEYBALL SUMMERFEST.
- Your team name. Unique team names are required. The team name character limit is 50 characters maximum. Please keep it clean, this is for charity.
- Payment Information:
- Credit Card Information (MasterCard and VISA only). Only one team registration is allowed per submission.
- Sponsors – sponsor code provided by the HOPE office
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITH REGISTRATION TO RESERVE A SPOT.
- A valid email address and home phone number must be supplied as verification of your submission will be sent electronically
- Due to limited space, applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment received does not guarantee a spot in the tournament. Confirmation of your registration will be provided in mid June 2017.
- To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be received prior to Friday June 23rd, 2017. Requests for refunds will be processed at that time, or sooner if possible. A $25 administration fee will be retained from all refund requests.
- If you are placed on a waiting list, you will be notified should a spot become available in the tournament, and your payment information will be requested upon notification.
