D.E. Systems' Event Registration System (ERS) is responsible for personal information under its control. Collection of personal information by ERS will be limited to what is necessary for the purposes of registration for the event.
When we use trusted third parties to act on our behalf by performing such functions as name badge production, processing credit card payments or providing customer service, contractual or other appropriate means are used to ensure compliance by such third parties with this Policy and all applicable privacy laws.
Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, to process the registration data to a given event.
We will keep your personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.
The Policy is subject to PIPEDA and/or any other applicable privacy laws and ERS right to change it at any time.

Customer Support
D.E.Systems' and ERS work closely with Event Planners and Management to provide delegates with registration options. ERS is a full-service registration provider, attendees can register before an event via the Internet.
If you are experiencing difficulty registering for an event or if you have specific questions about registering to attend an event, please contact Customer Service Support by e-mail at support@myconferencesuite.com or by phone at 1-613-723-1166 between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, EST Monday through Friday.
