• What is the difference between "Standard Symposium" and "Non-Affiliated Artists and General Public Standard"?
  The Standard Symposium rate is for participants who are affiliated with a university or institution, whereas the Non-Affiliated Artist rate is for freelancing artists (who are not affiliated with an institution). General public participants would register under "Standard Symposium"
• Can I edit my registration and add a workshop after I've completed my registration?
  Yes, you can add a workshop at a later time after you have completed your registration. Refer to your registration confirmation email for your confirmation number and hyperlink to log into the system to modify your registration.
• What happens if a workshop is cancelled? How do I get refunded?
  If a workshop is cancelled, you will be notified by email and you will be refunded the amount.
• How do I cancel my registration? What is the cancellation policy?
  To cancel your registration, please email : isea2015-registration@sfu.ca with your request. Please note the cancellation policy:
  
  Cancellation requests received before June 15, 2015 (inclusive) will be refunded 100% of payment, minus a $50 administration fee.
  
  No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after June 16, 2015 (inclusive).
• Does my registration include access to pre-conference workshops?
  Your registration includes access to the symposium from August 14 – 19, 2015. However the pre-conference workshop and tutorials are additional cost. Click here for more information.
• Does my registration include hotel accommodations?
  Your registration does not include hotel accommodations. If you would like to make accommodation arrangements, ISEA 2015 has contracted with hotels with special conference rates . Please visit the Accommodations page for more information.
• What payment options are available?
  Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal for your convenience.
• Can I pay by check?
  Unfortunately, check payment is not a payment option for ISEA 2015.You can pay by credit card or Paypal.
• What happens when on-line registration is closed?
  Online registration will be closed on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at 11:59 pm. After that date, you can register onsite at the Registration Desk during the Symposium August 14 - 19, 2015.
